Aspire Evaluation Services’ assessors meticulously review the foreign educational credentials of applicants to ascertain their equivalent level of education in the United States, along with their degree and specialized field. This process ensures an accurate evaluation of their academic standing. Academic Equivalency Evaluations take into consideration various factors including the structure of international educational systems, the reputation of the institution attended, completed credit hours, course content and quality, as well as grades achieved.
All evaluations adhere to AACRAO EDGE standards.
To conduct an academic equivalency evaluation, we require comprehensive academic records, including degree certificate(s) and transcripts. If these records are in a language other than English, clients can opt to provide certified translations or request translation services from us for an additional fee.
Course By Course Evaluation
At Aspire Evaluation Services, our course-by-course evaluation stands as our most thorough academic assessment. Beyond simply equating foreign credentials to their US counterparts, we meticulously detail all courses undertaken, record grades, and calculate them into comprehensive grade-point average totals, aligning with the academic conventions of United States universities.

Application Notes
For ‘individual’ clients without a corporate account, payment in full will be required prior to completing any case. You will receive a link to pay online after the case has been initiated.
Cases received after 1PM EST will be considered as having been received the following business day for the purposes of calculating turnaround time.
For large volume corporate clients, the application form is optional, assuming that the relevant data is included with your request. Relevant data is defined as the service requested as well as the candidate’s full legal name in the following format: First Name LASTNAME.
